Capacity up to $15,000,000 & $1B schedule size

  • Primary Excess, Buffer and Quota Share Positions
  • All Property Classes are Eligible (including frame and JM apartments and manufacturing)
  • $5,000 Minimum Premium
  • $2,500,000 Minimum Primary Policy Limit
  • Available in All Coastal States (including Windstorm and Earthquake Coverage)


BUILDERS RISK AND RENOVATIONS

Capacity up to $20,000,000 per building

  • New Construction Projects for Commercial and Residential
  • Midterm Construction Considered
  • Covers Existing Building and New Construction Work
  • All Risk with Replacement Cost Available
  • Partial Occupancy Permitted


PUBLIC ENTITY

Limits up to $30,000,000 per building & $1B schedule size

  • School Districts, Colleges/Universities, Municipalities, Cities, Counties and States
  • Admitted Paper, Commercial Output Form Available
  • Numerous Ancillary Coverages Added for No Additional Charge
  • Ground-up, Primary Excess and Layered Structures Considered
